Quality is something we guarantee. All products and orders are closely inspected before being shipped out.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange (depending on item availability) for returned items. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  

To start a return, contact us at info@mimushcollection.co.za. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, have their original tags attached (if applicable), and original product packaging must be intact. Any items sold as a set cannot be partially returned - partial returns will not be accepted.

South African returns will be subject to a R69 courier fee which will be deducted from your refund/ store credit total. For exchanges the customer is liable for the courier/shipping fee both ways. We will then arrange for a collection of the item and we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or for the delivery of a replacement or the correct item to be sent to you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you receive a product from us that is damaged or defective, please email info@mimushcollection.co.za and include a photo for reference. A “Defective Product” is one which contains a material imperfection in the manufacture or design that renders the product less acceptable, useful or safe than reasonably expected, under the circumstances. 

The following items are not eligible for return and are final sale:

  • For hygiene reasons earrings may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Gift cards 

Our stainless steel range is tarnish resistant and with proper care should not tarnish. Please have a look at the Material and Care section to ensure you know how to properly care for your jewelry. 

Everyone's skin type is different. Some people have strong reactions to gold plating. No refunds or returns are given for the color of your jewelry changing caused by improper care.
