What type of materiel is the jewelry made off?

The base material of our jewelry is made from stainless steel and then they are plated in 18K gold. This ensures that our jewelry is waterproof, tarnish proof and hypoallergenic. Using 18K gold ensures that our pieces have an authentic gold luster.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic? 

Yes, our jewelry is made from stainless steel and is nickel and lead free. 

Can I shower, exercise, swim, wash hands and sanitise with my jewelry on?
Yes, our jewelry is made for everyday wear and is waterproof and tarnish proof. It is also able to withstand normal amounts chlorine and sanitiser. However, after being in the pool or sanitising it is best to wipe your jewelry dry. For more information on how to care for your jewelry please have a look at the Material and Care section.

Do you restock sold out items and how long does it take?

Yes, in most cases we restock sold out items unless they are from a limited collection. Restocks usually take 2-3 weeks. Please pop us an email letting us know what you are interested in and we will let you know when it its back in stock. You can also sign up for our newsletters and follow us on social media to be alerted of restocks. 

What is the best way to care for my jewelry? 

It is safe to wear your Mimush Collection jewelry in water and during exercise making our pieces ideal for everyday wear. However, please try to prevent contact with chemicals such as perfumes, hand sanitiser, creams as well as soap. If the jewelry does come into contact with chemicals or is dirty please use dry cloth to wipe it. Please have a look at our Material and Care section for more detail.  

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is R69 nationwide (except for outlying areas which cost R99.) We offer free delivery for all orders over R550!! Shipping and Delivery  

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow for 1-2 days processing time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are half to 1 day in Johannesburg and 1-2 days nationwide. Outlying areas can take 3-4 days.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Yes, we offer refunds, exchanges and credit. Please have a look at our Returns and Refunds policy for more detail. Please get in touch with us at info@mimushcollection.co.za and we will assist you with the process. Return shipping is at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address kindly notify us via email at info@mimushcollection.co.za.
